New 3.5 mile road course under construction in Kentucky

Has anybody heard about this? I'm really looking forward to driving on it. Might even consider an associate membership - $100/month for 30+ sessions per year.

Looks nice, to bad Kuntucky is 2500 miles away.

Im from a small town called richmond just south of lexington. Well its not that small anymore
