Default im new at motor mods and i have a zc

this is my first motor swap in my ef 4dr, and i want to make my motor faster without adding a turbo or sc setup. my first question is that i want to machine the head, how much can i shave off b4 my pistons hit the valves and work properly? does any one make cams for this motor? i have checked everywhere and only found cam shafts how much of a difference would b into changing the shaft? i was looking everywhere and i only found a few people that sell zc parts and all of them were sohc. a list of dealers would help alot too. (i work in a machine shop so ill b machining my head)

You should be able to take quite a bit off the head.

A few companies make cams.

I'm using Rocket Motorsports regrinds and valve train in a customers A1 build.

All depends on how much you want to spend.

Up to .080. Some modification will have to be done to handle it. Anything more than that I'm not sure about. There is a thread about it on OCO.
