Does this funny thing really work?
Has anybody ever had something like this on their car, and is it any good?

No, it would take a large electric motor to be able to spin fast enough to create any sort of beneficial pressure. If anything, with that you're simply blocking the air flow and therefore losing hp.

yeah you got a point there, it would take a lot bigger electrical motor to force more air into the cylinders. But still somebody came up with something really interesting 
And since the price is not so big I believe there are many enough people to support his business

lol. funny thing. i just read the title of your post before i even came in and i knew it could be one of two things. the wanna be intercooler intake or this wanna be supercharger. its been covered over and over. if it seems to good to be true, then it probably is.

It's not the price that supports his business.... it's counting on complete dumbass' that have no idea what goes into a car, mechanically speaking, and just want to go really, really, fast.
