Default Shift fork bearing plugs...trq spec?

One of my shift fork bearings and plug that sit on the bottom of a B16 tranny fell out. No Harm done I caught it early. But before I tighten this thing up.... does anyone know what to tighten this down to? I cannot seem to find a write up that covers it

Right here
