OK well it wasnt stolen Thank God my brother was awake after 4 months of my TYPE R being in the body shop getting a new front end. I brought her home for the first time saturday night i went out on a date and left the car parked at her house in her garage. we took her bimmer,and i went on my date and everything went smooth.

I returned home about 3:45 am i parked my R in the drive way for a min.Not arming my alarm and went in the house for a min. Cause i had to pee really bad i wasnt even out of the restroom yet. When my younger brother startes banging on the rest room door. I washed up and opened it he was standing shakeing his arms around saying some fools are in your car.

I freaked so i ran to my room grabbed my glock 40. Ran out of the front door my brother walked out the side of the house where the garage is. See my garage sits on the side of our house. So i was able to get outside without them seeing me. My brothers Saleen was parked right next to my R, And i used it as a cover .So i could get closer to them. One guy had the door open and was working the ignition. The other guy was starting to walk toward the getaway car. The third guy was standing in between my brothers Saleen and my TYPE R as a look out

I swung around my brothers Saleen and walked right up to the guy acting as a lookout . I pointed my glock right in his face the dude acted like he saw a ghost. He was speechless and was gaspping for air. I cocked my glock back and loaded a round into the chamber. The dude took off like a bat out of hell down the street. The guy working the ignition by then sees me and takes off running behind the other guy i didnt chase them.

I didnt think i needed to get my self any more involved then i already was. Being as the glock is in my dads name not mine. I wasnt sure of the gun laws, So i didnt persue them. I did how ever drop 4 warning shots into the car they were driving. It was a 93-97 green z28 camaro if anyone sees his car in the o.c area please keep your eyes on them. Its got at least 2 bullet holes on the right side of the rear body pane.l The dudes were all hispanic and bald, I didnt get a plate on the car as everything was happening so fast. I didnt think of it , Im glad i live in America where if i caught your *** in my driveway i can still bust a cap in your *** for my freedom.

WOw. Good you kept your cool and didn't pursue.. not sure about the warning shots though..

Betcha that **** looked like this when he saw a glock to his face


Learn your lesson guys, you were lucky this **** kept his cool or he would have shot you guys and one of you **** would probably need a new face or eat through a straw for the rest of your life

here in Oklahoma, we can legally kill a **** on our property for trespassing. You can shot them in the front or in the back. two shot guns guards our cars. Soon an AR15 will join the bunch.

i think you did everything understandably except for the shooting part in the end. you might have actually killed one of them or someone else nearby...then there would be a nasty lawsuit. the R is replaceable, your life and freedom...thats something else.

you couldve gotten shot too if they were carrying and not afraid to use it...there were 3 of them after all according to you. i hope you called the cops to file a report. they know where you live and worse case scenario, try and come back for payback imho, keep the details of this event to yourself, this is too public a place. play it safe...glad your R is still here
