1996 JDM B18B into 1990 Integra RS
So far everything has lined up and plugged in except for a water temp sensor that is located on the back of the block on the 1990 B18A (beside the oil pressure sensor) THIS WATER TEMP SENSOR HAS 2 WIRES GOING TO IT (a black wire and a yellow and green wire) but on the B18B motor there is no sensor on the back of the block BUT there is another sensor on the thermostat housing which the B18a doesn't have and it has 2 wires as well a black wire and a green wire !!
I spliced into the PLUG on the thermostat housing and used this as my temperature water sensor for the block, WILL THIS WORK ????
I also used the intake from the B18A on the B18B because the B18A is non OBD and the B18B is ODB 2!! The intake lined up fine !!!
I also need the torque spec to torque my pressure plate and flywheel for an Integra !!
FLYWHEEL = 85 FOOT LBS/SQUARE INCH ???
PRESSURE PLATE = I HAVE NO IDEA ????

They made a JDM B18B. Came in an LS badged as a Honda Integra "ESi" and has a JDM B18B. I have the head off of one in my car. Also know somebody else who has a full JDM B18B but I forgot what he said the differences were. I think slightly better flowing head and better stock cams.
