Default spark plugs on ls/v

for those that have ls/vtec.. what spark plugs r u guys using and what is good.. i have a ls/vtec: ls crank and rods with type r pistons stock b16 head.. the spark plugs are going out and need help.. i always fill up on 91octane..

stock B16 or GSR NGK plug here

i have the b16 and it wore and i got some back fire, ill try the GSR

i run NGK V-power R5671A-8 plugs. bam bam has them listed in the write up for building an ls/vtec as being for 12.0:1+ cr. i have p30's with a gsr head so my cr is kinda high. the plugs are good, have a slot for better spark travel (if search wasnt down id find the article by rocket).

but they get my vote...either those or the 7's.

i just had my car tuned/dyno'd and the 8's are too cold. how the hell are you running 9's?

yeah i need to try a set of 7's, but im not that good at reading plugs to see which is better.

i use denso iridiums. for nitrous i use ngk number bcpr7es11.
