that was still on PUMP gas lol around 515whp. which brings me to my REAL question.
This is the second time 4th gear has taken a crap. obviously it could be from the power the car is making, but Im wondering if its more than that.
This trans has developed a really loud whining noise while in 4th and 5th gears, even before the car was turbo'd. it almost sounds like a supercharger, its that loud. it ONLY makes this noise in those gears. I have replaced bearings numerous times. LSD bearings, input shaft bearings, needle bearings, etc. the sound never went away. its odd to me that it only makes the noise in 4th and 5th gears. and it does it no matter what RPM Im at and it only makes the noise while in gear with my foot off the clutch. any thoughts?

Don't mix and match gears, use them as a set.
Could be a few different things.
IIRC this isn't the first time its happened to you. Back down the power until the MFactory Pro 3/4 gearset is ready. Unless you're worried about it whining (straight cut).

this is in my drag car, no chance in backing off on the power. there are other drag cars making 800+whp on these trans parts and they dont explode like mine. which is another reason I think something else is going on and it has to do with the whining I hear in 4th and 5th.

OUCH! I figured it was bad, but dam man....Looks like its time for a new tranny altogether if the problem isn't going away with everything you've tried. Its a lemon tranny haha

there is a guy on HT that does something supposedly better than cryo, which is what I will be doing for my new gear set. but it still doesnt answer the question about why it whines in only 4th or 5th gears.

you may have warped your tranny case - it can happen, and surely with enough power and heat.
that would lead to it whining more and more the higher you go in gears - since those are furthest out on the shafts.
this is just conjecture on my part though.

i was kinda thinking along these lines as well, and was wondering if maybe shimming it a little tighter would help? 4th gear is definitely the loudest, but 5th definitely whines just not as loud. other gears, no whining.
