The itr and the legend rotors are different - they are not the same
45251-SP0-E00 legend rotor
45251-SZ3-000 itr rotor
3296 autozone itr rotor
31119 autozone legend rotor
The itr rotor is 23mm thick while the legend rotor is 28mm

some legend rotors are 23mm; iirc, the 95 legend gs sedans had 28mm (i run them). the difference is in the width of the vents between the "plates".

NOT the same... but they will work/fit with NO modifications to stock ITR brakes.

I do however run them on the track car, because of the minimal thickness difference.
