i have a 98 civic ex with a d15 swap into it. the previouse owner blew the motor and for some reson dropped a d into it but i got it for cheap. it has intake,intake manafold ,headers, exhaust,apexi vtec controller.

should i be running faster than a 16.7 in the 1/4 mile. wat should i set the vt conection point and wat should i set the h-l cams at.

also what should i do to gain quick performance for cheap bc i am trying to save up for a GSR SWAP
