I also just bought a 98 Prelude (about two months ago). I went to a great dealership in New Braunfels, TX by the name of Randy Adams, Inc. They might be able to help you out.
I've been so happy with my Prelude and they also gave me a great deal. Good luck with the problem!

(Hawkze_2.3) yes bro i know???? the block is the last thing in my mind that can cause the leak...
anyway, the owner said it was the block which i don't think.......very nice 1998 prelude with oil leak for $500.00 with 18" 5zigen, greddy catback, AEM intake and needs a paint job...

LOL, its not a cracked block, it's your oil cooler O-ring. The same thing was leaking from my 98 prelude bout a week ago, so I know what i'm talking about, I don't know why, but it seems to be a common problem with preludes.
Double check, could also be your oil filter gasket
The replacement is cheap for both issues; shouldn't run you more than $100 (parts and labor included)
