Kick Panel 00 civic

Kick Panel 00 civic
This may sound stupid but i cant get my kick panel off... There are only 2 pins right??? The pin in the middle of the panel i cant seem to get off... Is there a special technique or do i need to pull harder or something?? the small plastic pin seems like its going to break if i pull any harder?? any help would be appreciated
