Default What fittings for hard line to connect Tial 44 mm wastegate to compressor housing?

Under track driving conditions, my rubber line from my Tial 44 mm wastegate to turbo on my ITR is not taking the heat. Things get extremely hot after 30 minutes of flat out track use. Full-Race mani has a ceramic coating already. I would like to replace rubber with a hard line such as a steel brake line, rather than a AN braided rubber hose. I saw on a stock WRX for example that all lines to CHRA for water and oil are hard lines with no rubber used near where stuff gets really hot.

Could anyone help with what parts I might need in terms of fittings, line type and flare tool? I searched but only came up with ways to do it with AN hose, such as this: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=810781

I contacted Tial directly but they did not come up with any part numbers. If you know of any links, I would appreciate it.

I used M10x1.00 to -4AN flare adapters with -4AN tube sleeves/nuts, 1/4" aluminum hard line, a 1/4" line bending tool that can do up to 180 degrees, and a 37 degree flaring tool.

The hard line you use should be extruded and seamless, not welded. The seam will split if you bend or flare it.

Thanks. I checked their site but could not see any products listed for sale. I was really looking for part types so I could piece stuff together myself. That way I can do other stuff as well once I get setup. Only hard lines I've ever done are brake lines.

That is exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate it. Any preference for Aeroquip or Russell parts for the fittings?

I use Aeroquip hose-ends and AQP or Starlite hose almost exclusively, and the adapters are usually from Earl's or Goodridge because they have the largest variety.

Based on the recommendations, here is what I ended up ordering in case someone else wants to do it:

1. AN-818 type tube nut, -4 AN, Aeroquip FBM3555, 6 pack

2. AN-819 type tube sleeve, -4 AN, Aeroquip FBM3670, 6 pack

3. 10 mm x 1.0 banjo bolt, Earl's Performance 977517ERL (will need shortening)

4. 10 mm to -4 AN banjo adapter, Earl's Performance 997641ERL

5. Aluminum seamless tubing 1/4" 25 ft, Summit SUM-G2514

6. Straight adapter alu -4 AN to 1/8" NPT for compressor housing, Earl's Performance 981604ERL

7. 90 deg. adapter alu -4 AN to 1/8" NPT for compressor housing (alternate), Earl's Performance 982204ERL

All the above from Summitracing for $49.00 with enough stuff to practice.

8. Parker 37 degree flaring tool, ROLO-FLAIR TOOL 37* 212FB, which seems highly recommended on many sites considering the $69 price.
