Illegal headers?

hey i have on a integra type r headers on my 99 civic si, do u guys think ill pass smog with it? i went to a place and the guy said it doesnt have the stamp or whatever but the headers is rapped with a heat thing.

I don't think you will, just because it's not CARB legal and it doesn't come with whatever motor you have. Although I think there's a possibility considering it comes off another Honda, but I'm not totally sure.
yeah you'll definitely pass smog as long as its not the state referee. Just take off the heat wrap and try to go to a place where all they do is smog check.

If the heat shield is still on, then it probably looks OEM, which means you're ok. You could also find a place that has relaxed visual inspections.
