Apexi Power FC + all motor b20vtec = good or bad?

wondering if i'll be getting the best out of my all motor lsvtec tuning with a
Apexi Power FC ? going to come with the car that im buying tomorrow.

sorry if anybody didn't understood my question, lets start all over. Was planning on building a fully built all motor 2.0 liter vtec when i found this car that i just bought yesterday. Its a 91 HB(fender bender,normal wear and tear) with a fully built turbo ready Lsvtec with only 1500 miles.
Setup.....

p&p
full supertech valve train
victor X mani
440cc RC injectors
GE fuel rail
GE LS vtec kit
ARP head studs
GE sleeved b18b block (84x89)
Endyn forced induction Roller wave pistons
Eagle H rods
Eagle crank
GSR girdle
Moroso oil pan
lightweight crank pulley
balanced rotating assembly
blue printed
Ls tranny with OBX LSD
AVID motor mounts
Mishimoto radiator
custom 3in. exhaust with a borla muffler

Bought the car for only $3000. My plans are to replace the pistons with at least
RS ITR pistons, sell the Ls tranny. OK so my question was, should i keep the apexi
power fc or sell it and tune with Hondata200 or crome?

I know some people that LOVE the power FC, and they know what they're talking about (basically the only respectable honda performance place in the state). Sorry, but I don't have any first had experience

If the car has FC Datalogit, or the tuner has Apexi Power Excel it's a very good system, it worked very well on my ITR, I have FC Datalogit installed in the car, so to tune I only have to hook up the laptop.

Yeah... FCs are junk imo.. Crome works the best or Hondata.
