well as everyone here i am a honda lover
unforunately im not a gear head so when it comes to the mechanics of the car i know enough to get by but heres the issues

i just picked up a B16a3 delsol that needed some work on it

after the needed work was done i was driving the car was revved around 4-5k rpm and there was the rattling noise coming from where appeared to be right below the shiftboot noise goes away anytime you give it some gas and only comes up between 4-5k when i let off the gas

im just curious to know what the issue might be if anyone has any input on this issue your knowledge would be very much appreciated

 

something maybe rattling around where the linkage bolts to the shifter, or around there, check those bolts.

 

idk how delsol exhausts are..but i had a similar problem. my o2 sensor for my secondary cat was pretty close to the shifter and the o2 sensor rusted out and broke...and everytime i would go past 3-4k it would rattle.. good luck!
