Default jdm fenders

i searched this up and found one thread, and they just seemed to be acting wack so i dont wanna just take there word for it, so heres the deal.

i have an 88 ef hatch, and the fenders have a little bit of rust, so i just wanna do it right and instead of messing with the stock ones just go with jdm ones, so my question is do i need an entire jdm front end conversion? or can i just get the fenders for now? and mind that this is an 88, i dont think it makes a difference at all unless were talking suspension.

I'm sorry for bumping. I saw your signature- it's hilarious. But yeah, I wanna do the opposite, keep my usdm fenders and hood, and just get the jdm front bumper off an ef8, I heard there's gaps. ?

You might have to change your corner lights too though. Just FYI.

Depending on what car he has, and what jdm fenders he chooses to put on.

depends if your using a facelifted or prefacelifted 'jdm' ef8 bumper

basicly the reason im getting jdm fenders right now is because my usdm ones on there now have some decent rust, its fixable but then theirs always the risk of it coming back, and theirs not a huge difference in price between the 2 fenders, but i agree, usdm is good too, im a fan of the usdm tail lights over the jdm ones anyday, and if someone wants to dog me because they "dont go together" then fine, im not building this car for you anyway, im building it the way i like it.

What? he meant that they might not physically fit together. Unless the way you like it is with gaps and other fitment issues.

That would be because the ef8 is a crx? And an ED9 isnt?
