i searched and there are tons of people selling these, but no real info on what one you should use for a specific application.

my setup d16z6 / 15g turbo / 440cc / ~12-14 psi / 220-250hp

 

Considering the dohc-vtec fuel pumps can do upwards of 350whp and are 139lph pumps, a 255 would be more than enough. You'd probably be better off with the 190lph pump, since that can do 400whp. Both ratings assume under 60psi max fuel pressure, so ~17psi of boost.
