Looks good, and could be a good opportunity for a previous project car if the owner's claims are indeed true. I agree that whatever the offer, the good idea whenever buying a used car is to know that there is a little leeway to talk down to a comprimisable price.
if the owner or ne one that knows the owner of this car is on the site please let me know cuz i cant get ahold of him due to the wrong phone number on the ad!!!!
