Not a fuse. Its a wiring issue.
Your turn signals ( Im 99% sure) are all on one fuse. If your rights weren't working than neither would your lefts.
Turn your signal on, and using a multimeter on DC voltage measure the voltage accross both sides of the light bulb lamp holder. If you don't get voltage (it will be +12, 0, +12, 0, as it flashes ( I think they are 12V) than wiring is your problem.
Does your signal arm function normally? Also, do you see the signal pop up on your heads up display (cluster)? (green flashing arrows with the sound affects)

Actually all the turn signals dont work or when i hit the emergency button there no signals or signal in the gauge cluster. So would it be the fuse ?If so what fuse?(location/Number).Thanks
For a 4th gen there are two. Driver side, down by your left shin. Its a black cover that opens by rotating a circle latch.
The second is in engine bay passanger side, (top left corner when looking at motor). I hope its the same for 5th gen.
If your replacing fuses, use proper values, and don't ever over size them or put jumper wires in. If there is a short you need to find it and fix it period.
Good luck

if you hazards don't work, you turn will not work. they are one system. sounds like fuse, but i would check that 1st and the hazards switch. one last thing are you sure you have bulb lights?
