Hey HT,
My question is that I have a RSX-S 02 with stock rims. I was wondering if those wheels are able to be sand blasted off before the powder coat. If so I can do it myself to save money? If thats not the case do you guys have any suggestions on how to strip the coating of the stock? Thanks for the help!!!

 

i sanded and spayed mine with high heat engine paint.. they came out ok every now and then i get a chip.. but i get compliments on how clean of a job i did.. so if your going for a inexpensive route try that.. if you have any questions i can give you some pointers.. good luck

 

if u want them sandblasted u wil have to get ur tires removed... while u have that off u might as well do it urself then get it powder coated. get air craft stripper strip the paint and sand if needed. just all depends on what u wana do. i got my "faces" of the rim sandblasted for 40. (2 pc rim)
