JHPUSA ecu jumper obd2b to obd1, made by Rywire. Basically new, never been hooked up to a running car. It's obd2b so I think thats 99-00 Civics and 00-01 Integras. Im asking $60 shipped + paypal fee - firm on the price . They are currently selling for $75 on JHP so I think thats reasonable.
