Its a factory referb. Looks like brand new works great. Never activated just charged the battery to make sure it was good and checked out the preview channel. So its only been charged once. Still has plastic over the screen and everything except the charger and main unit are still in plastic. Owners manual and 90 waranty card included also has everything to make it work in your home too including a external ant.
