So.......My buddy's got an 87 Prelude SI (automatic) The car isnt' running. We've pulled the tranny out today because we thought the flywheel was bad turns out we need a whole new tranny. So my question is will a 91 transmission fit in a 87 Lude???

You ONLY WAITED 15 MINUTES. Be a little more patient than that.

A 91 is a B20 or B21 engine, and an 87 is a totally different generation of Prelude. As far as I know the 87 Preludes had an A-series engine, so I doubt the tranny will work.
