Default Greddy Air Diversion Plates? Do they work??

Do these greddy air diversion plates really work? and if so how exactly? Here is a link to what im talking about.

Those cooling plates tend to work better on cars where there's a gap between the top of the bumper/front of the car and the radiator. Cars like Z's, EVO's, etc have a pretty big gap there where the airflow can experience some turbulence on the way to the radiator. Most late model Hondas, like 92-00 Civics and 94-01 Integras to name a few, don't have much of a gap there, so you're not going to see as much of an effect from using a cooling plate.
