Car not starting! MYSTERY
My car was working perfectly fine yesterday, only a CEL code of 61, primary oxygen sensor. That CEL light has been on for a month or so with no problems. Just today, the car won't even turn over. I checked the fuses, tested the spark plugs, jump start the battery, and I hear the fuel pump click with the key in the ON position. It's a 2000 civic si with 77,000 miles on it. Any opinions?
UPDATE- Problem solved, it was a bad main relay

Check the clutch pedal sensor. Its a little round sensor on the pedal fork next to the actual pedal. This same thing happened to my friend and we went for days tearing apart the car trying to figure out what was wrong with it. If need be you can use a paper clip to rig the sensor because its $45 from the dealer.
If you have more questions ask someone who knows about alarms. They do the same thing when putting remote start on 5 speed cars.

I heard that if I remove my starter autozone or pepboys can test it for me, is that true? I tried resetting the ECU and cleaning the battery terminals as well.

taking your starter to autozone would be the best bet and check your ground's

I took my old starter to autozone, they hooked it up to the machine and said they weren't getting a response from my starter so I bought a new one. I put the new one in and still the car doesn't start.... help?!?!?!
I just removed the fuel injectors, they inside looks clean but outside there is gunk. When I try to turn the car on, I can see spits of gasoline coming out of all 4 injectors, but no start. im going crazy!!!

Yep, I pulled all 4 spark plugs out to test them and they worked. I'm going to try changing the fuel filter, I haven't changed the fuel filter since I first got my car (4 years ago or 50,000 miles ago) I was told that the fuel injectors are suppose to spray out fuel as the car is cranking; but when I took them out today, they were just spitting tiny drops of gas.

things like this **** ME OFF. you cant fix the problem without correctly diagnosing it first! don't come to h-t and start telling everyone what their problem is when you have NO IDEA.
anyways, check to see if you have power to the starter, and have a friend check to see if the solenoid gets power while you turn the key to the start position. if it does, double check that the battery isn't bad, NAPA will test it and charge it for free. if nothing is wrong with the battery and the starter gets power, THEN you're probably having starter issues.

First of all, YOU have no idea what you are talking about and your post makes no sense.. so dont pretend like you do NOOB.
Secondly, if you READ the post you would know that he already replaced his starter and he is having a CRANK but NO START issue.. meaning the starter is working. Dont use honda-tech as an escape from the real world, having E-***** means nothing 'round here.
How exactly did you test for spark? If you believe it is a fuel problem, you can get starter fluid from any part store.. Take off your intake tube from the throttle body, have someone slightly press on the gas to open the throttle body and spray the fluid into it.. (stand a couple feet away) If it starts, do yourself a favor and buy a fuel pressure gauge, it will help you further diagnose the problem.
