I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I know this has been covered; you should do a search and see how many others have been shafted by them.

Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking about buying a motor from them in the near future. I'll look elsewhere now.

If you paid by credit card, you should be able to dispute the charges. Document everything you did so far. Times, names, etc. If the shop still won't budge send a letter via certified mail and send a copy to the billing inquiries department at your credit card company. After that, they'll investigate and most likely end up in your favor. Credit card companies are heavily biased towards the consumer rather than the retailer in these situations.

Making all your big purchases via credit cards can give some extra security. Just be sure you pay them off in a timely manner to avoid finance charges.

Damn, it looks like they were throwing it around. You have to try hard (not too hard) to eff up the oil pan like that....

Yea that place sucks. I told my buddy to go with Hmotors, but he wanted to be a cheap ***. He ordered a GSR motor for his '99 Integra GSR, and they sent him an automatic GSR motor, now we have to swap the intake manifold, because there's a certain sensor missing on the auto manifold. Thumbs down

If you got insurance then it's fixable, if you didn't have shipping insurance then I don't feel sorry for you.

if you want good engines from canada contact Teknotik, or you can try torontojdm.com.. they seem to be ok, but like anywhere else, got a bad rep from a guy bitching about an old *** cable b16 trans with a grind.
