d16 from the block up

got a d16y8 and I wanna build it. What would be a good cam to go with and would a bigger throttle body be a smart choice?

Best way to get power out of a d16y8 or any D series engine for that matter is forced induction. Also there are many write ups on single cams, try using the search button at the top right corner.
