Green plug

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what exactly the green plug is to the right of the dizzy on the left side of my b16a? It has two wires coming from it- the blue one is snapped.

Wire is labelled "Vtec Pressure"

yea that would be the plug for vtec
