Default 2004 Mugen rsx type s turbo ... STOLEN ... :(

hey everyone ... i kno it was a while back but my car was stolen around october last year in 07 ... all the parts are probably all over the place by now but i had soo much money and time in to this car and some theive just got all my hard work and time for nothing ... pple like that are just horrible .. i had over 25k into the car and it made over 500 whp on the dyno here are a couple pics of my baby... i miss it so much it had everything from rotora big brake kits to a fully built turbo engine and someones got all my stuff for free ... RIP

let me know if anyone has any information about the car .. the car was located in new haven ct and was stolen from MONGILLO MOTORS while being worked on for a stainless steel clutch line ... THEY LEFT THE CAR OUTSIDE AND NEGLECTED TO PUT IT INSIDE AFTER TELLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES .. IGNORED MY FONE CALLS .. A*SHOLES

heres some pics of the car

any information would help pm me .. in was in the ct new haven area

This is why you should do all your own work, or only goto shops that have insurance for vehicles on their property.

the thing is they were a big block turbo place like corvettes ... mustangs ... and my buddie new them so i just went there for a cltuch line .. should only take a couple hours ... and they just didnt' care most likely cuz it was a honda ....

but im in the middle of trying to get my money back .. my insurance company only gave me 21000 for the car the car only had 20000 miles on it ... so im looking into getting the rest of my money from mongillo motors or the insurance company ... but it really sucks i think it was an inside job ...

You put that much money into a car, that shows it all, and no kill switches??

you should have gone through their insurance and made them pay for every single item on there.

Inside job for sure. Most shops make it a point to bring all customers cars inside before closing....

yeah im actually going through with the lawsuit now it takes a while to get everything together with the courts ... and for the kid talking about the kill switch... it didn't matter if i had a kill switch or not the car had to be flat bedded out of there because it wasn't in running condition because of the clutch line ... but im definetly gonna try to get my money from these guys i have every reciept and pictures of every part on the car ... we'll see what happens

get your laywer to SUMMONS her to appear in court-
if the law was involved before, you should still have her name somewhere!

clutchline.... DIY ...overnight, outside, and you knew about it...

* inside job? or just stupidity?

if it was left out more than 1 night, (as i believe i read)
anyone of HUNDREDS of thieves may have seen it
-and looked for a flatbed to take it that night- but couldn't get one...
NEXT DAY

...IT'S STILL THERE!!!
"Yeah, Jimmy... That Type R on Hwy Road 1... it's still sitting behind the shop! Can we get that flatbed?"
"Nah, man, my cousins still in Georgia... He'll be back Tomorrow though!"

NEXT DAY

"Jimmy, Good to see you, it's right up here on the left.. see you at the shop!"

...i would have slept in that thing with a 45 on my lap until it was fixed and back in the garage.
better luck!

Yeah I would take a lawyer and clean that shop out, clean their insurance company out, and get the girl to reveal her seller, and jail him bigtime.

Haha... My EP3 is nowhere near as sick as your ride. I had it in the body shop after a lady ran a red light. Had to get a new bumper (old one had too many rock chips anyway)...

I was nervous just about leaving it with them... All though they have a fenced in area where they keep all their cars (some of which are inside) and they are a very good shop (been around the area a long time).

If I drove that thing I wouldn't even leave it in a 7-11 parking lot while grabbing a soda...
