Default 2001 integra gsr turbo ya or nay

i have a 2001 integra gsr with 75,000 miles on it i bought a t3t4 .50 trim kit for it i want to know how many pounds of boost is good and safe to run with my stock internals any info will help

there's so many t3/t4's out there that are .50 trims and it isn't even funny. which one do you have? what brand?

as for pounds of boost. psi doesn't really dictate anything though, whp does. i heard stock internals hold up pretty well up until 330whp.

Around 8 psi should be safe to run on with stock internals. Many people can vouch with this.

Again, PSI doesn't dictate how "safe" your car can handle. The goal should be set with whp.

i bought the xspower kit it is my daily driver i just dont want it to pop

That kit has a lot of issues, you may want to search about it.

We need more info, how are you tuning it?
