Default type r shocks

i currently have stock shocks with eibach sportline springs and i was wondering how much more of a drop would i get with TR shocks? im thinking about the whole type r suspension but i figured my springs are good enough i dont think i need type r springs. and also what else do i need to have? im not planning on going 5lug i just want pretty much same suspension. is it just the rear lower control arms plus sway bars, strut bars, and is the front sway bar different?

ok cool bec the eibach springs only dropped in alike a inch or so and i want little more but i dont really want to go all out and get coilovers just yet. ok so i will need type r front forks and rear lca's? can i get aftermarket ones? which ones? i know like blox and F7 or something makes them but are they same as itr spec?

ITR Springs will not give you any more of a drop than Sportlines. If anything it will raise it. If you are changing shocks then yes, you will need new rear LCA's. You don't need anything for the front. All integra front ends are pretty much interchangeable.

Im running Omni ITR coilovers on my LS with ITR rear LCA's and an R sway with a BSQ kit.

If you need them new, Pepboys? Checker?

If you want a full set used then you can hit up HMO. I know they have them at a screamin deal.

why waste your time with new ITR shocks? just get them used on here (ITR FS/WTB thread that's stickied... you'll usually find a set there... i remember seeing a set with REAR LOWER CONTROL ARMS available)... otherwise, just save your money and get pretty standard upgrade... koni yellows with ground control coilovers or something along those lines. I have type R suspension on my car (without 5 lug) and I removed the stock springs which were stiffer and an inch or so lower then the standered rs ls gs gsr springs, i still have the oem R struts, but I want to go aftermarket, wondering what kind of struts do i get? do they have to by type R specific?

Yeah - give him a call and he'll hook you up. Or you can submit an online e-mail request and he'll get back to you with availability.
