Id probably go with the first one between the two (F1), i've seen them more on the net than the other you had on there (XTD), also looks better quality, and that guy has twice as many sales and 100% feedback.

yeah the exedy ones are good ive used them on my d16 and there good clutches, nothing too hard to drivce, dont worry about the stages there just a name, unless its from a trusted seler like act or exedy, ive had a stage 4 and i coudnt stand driving it
