So my friend has a 96 hx and his header is cracked and he wants another stock one......the problem is that all the stock headers we have found aren't california state legal. And we have called everywhere locally like auto zone pep boys kregan and all the little local places......

So my question for you guys is do you happen to know anywhere besides the over priced dealer lol that I can find a california state legal stock header for a 96 hx. (d16y5)
