Found my S2000??? Good deal?
It's much quicker than I wanted. I had plan for it in 2009.
Suzuka blue. Used 2002 S2000, $17,419 37000 miles. (non-Honda) Dealer price. Since it's by the dealer, it's basically "great" condition, at least it seems like it from the outside.
I check KBB, it's about right, if it's consider as "excellent." Then again, according to their rules, only 2% of all cars qualify as such.
So what do you think should be my offer price???
I hate to "rush."
May go in for the deal in a week.

I don't know man, I think thats rather high. I paid 20,132 OTD for an 04 berlina with 39,725. Mine was also in fantastic condition, bone stock.
I think there are better deals out there And I agree with graf, for being suzuka, the price should be lower.

Suzukas aren't that common, imo only silvers are priced lower than usual.

Here are some info.
It's got 3 regestered owners.
Please go over it for me. Is there something I'm not seeing that need to be concerned about?
Any comments? Go or no go for any reason.

Does it have blue interior? If so, I would really make sure that that's something you could live with.
I just bought my 2004 GPW with 18K miles for $21K if that helps pricewise.

Yes, it does.
Looking are many of your responses (thank you BTW), many of you bought it used.
I assume you love your car. Now why would you think the previous owner didn't want it? In my case, it's the 3rd registered owner. So I could be the 4th?
Do you think many original owners are not Honda junkies, like us? Or just "rich" guys would don't appreciate it, and see it no different from a Chrysler Sebring Conv?

Many of you said it's about right or it's a bit too high. No one said it's a "good deal." Should I offer $15K range? If I said the price is 15K, would you consider too good to pass up?
Is 15K too insulting?

I would pass if I were you. Dont rush into it like you said. Plus ask anyone that waited for thier perfect S2000 they will say it was worth the wait. Dont worry too much about color once you start driving and are having the time of your life color is the last thing on your mind. Hopefully sooner or later ull be joining us in this forum as a proud s2000 owner.
