Default Spark plugs and rumbling

I own a 95 Honda Accord. About 2 months ago, as I was driving, my car suddenly started rumbling. I pulled over and noticed that one of the spark plug connectors was loose, so I pushed it back in, and the car ran fine again. All was well until yesterday, when the rumbling started again. Same problem, same fix. Today, after driving for about 10 minutes, it happened again. I yanked the whole spark plug thing out, and noticed that it was coated with oil. The other spark plugs have some oil on them too, but not as much, and they don't get loose. Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks.

Buy a valve cover gasket kit and some sealant. Replace all the gaskets and put a small amount of the sealant on both sides of each of the gaskets that seal around the spark plug ports.

I once changed just the gaskets and it still leaked. You need a chemical sealant too.
