WTB NC: Clean 99-00 Civic Si RED or Black only, stock or tastefully modded only
I have a red one that I'm in the process of cleaning up and selling, but I'm located in middle tenn. Just a quick overview: purchased from the original owner, all original except for and AEM short ram intake and some aftermarket muffler, 117k original miles, new OEM Honda clutch, new OEM Honda catalytic converter, Honda timing belt service, 3 month old Nitto NT450's on mint original wheels. On the downside, both the exhaust valves on the #2 cylinder burned out and were replaced by the original owner. However, I tested the compression and #2 was at 190psi where the others were at 210psi wet. I decided to pull the head and inspect everything and it all looks good. I'm just waiting to hear back on the head from the machine shop and if its OK then I'm going to replace the rings on #2 even though everything looks good. Before I pulled the head it ran great and real strong and didn't smoke or burn any oil or had any CEL's. I have plenty of pictures if you want them. It's really clean outside, inside (except for the cola stain on the pass. floormat), under the hood, and on the underside, no rust, no accidents either. Looking to get $9,200 because of the clean/stock factor.
