I took my blown b16 to 9k all the time.

100% stock internals.

I wouldn't recommend much more then 8600 rpms on the stock valvetrain.
Why? Your b16 isn't making positive power on stock b16 cams passed 8500 rpms anyways.

Who cares?

Stick it on a dyno and set the rev limit where it stops making power. All setups are different and since you don't provide any information, the question is irrelevant.

I brought my B16 up to 9k for two years before I eventually spun a rod bearing. I had a stock valvetrain.

on stock compression?

it depends on how you define safe. Are you gonna drive it like a bat out of hell and 9500rpms all day everyday or just the ocasional risk.

9500rpm+stock bottom end= eventually

lol.

Because revving really high just for the hell of it on a stock bottom end magically increases your ***** size.

You must be spending too much time in the N/A forum...

Basically, everyone is recommending against it. If you do it anyway, you will blow your motor up.
