Default short-circuited something and now some of interior lights aren't working.

While I was changing the radio I accidentally touched the harness towards the metal and since then my speedometer lights, the lights on the stick-shift, and on the panel would not light up. I was wondering how could I find what was short-circuited, so that I could fix the problem?

p.s. I checked the fuses and none of them are blown, not sure how to check relays.
This really bothers the living crap out of me. Also when I turn my headlights on the light where the miles are shuts of, and the light on the gear indicator which is on the speedometer either dims or shuts of. Took it to the dealer but since I haven't told them what I did they could not find a problem, those dummies know nothing when it comes to real car problems.

2002 Accord V6 .

same crap happened to me i don't have any parking lights just headlights but one of the wires on my harness on the back of the radio burned into the harness causing some of the lights to not to work. I think i'm just goin to replace the dash harness. I can't seem to find an answer.

it is your illumination wire and it affects dash lights shifter lights and outside parking lights...its the small light fuse under the hood.....but fix the short first or you will keep blowing fuses

That is some good info, only what color is the illumination wire? As far as I can understand I would have to replace that whole wire right?
