I normally wouldn't ask this but I'm in GA and this is the 1st 92-95 body they way I want (All the little bits minus a few items and ready for a K series motor.

Anyway I'm waiting for some more pics of it but I want someone who knows there way around a Honda good to check it out if possible.

I have a friend in the area but he's not THAT into Japanese cars so having him check it is good but having one of you guys check would be way better.

If anypne is interested (or able) to help a fellow H-Tech'er out that would be greatly appreciated.

It actually has a lot of stuff on there that I would do to it (One of the reasosns I'm entertaining getting it)...Some choice OEM JDM parts and such.

i dont know if you know jersey at all, but newark/jersey city is where a lot of stolen cars end up make sure you check all the vins

 

Vin was posted. Checked it and according to carfax it appears legit, without wasting money and time to fly up all I have to go on is the pictures and the vin posted. I wanted to see if someone can eyeball the car personally for myself.

 

Let me add that the site I found it own is pretty legit (like this one) so while dude may be shady I have had generally good transactions on that site.

I have the VIN it its clean so the only thing left to do is to have someone trustworthy look at it.

Trying to convince a few people I know to go look at it but they are honda gear heads like some of you.

 

check the vin on the trans, the block, make sure the vin on the firewall matches the one on the dash too

 

It won't it had a 99 motor transplanted into it. I think the previous owner (or his friend) is on the website. I'm trying to get in touch with them as well.

 

Having one of my co-workers check the car out thagt works out of our NJ bridgewater office.

Funny thing is he did the same thing you guys did.....Hadnothing good to say about Newark.

I spoke to him earlier today and he actually isn't from Newark...he is in a town that surrounds Newark so he doesn't live there.

He is going to drive 45 minutes out of the way to bring the car to a friend/co-worker of mine. He is going to take a ton of pics, Under the hood, under thecar, interior, etc and he is also going to drive the car as well.
