Default Honda CRV Seatbelts...

My brothers ex got in an accident with his CRV and both airbags went off and the front is a little smooshed in.
The drivers side seatbelt does not retract back now and does not pull out any farther. Is there a sensor or fuse or something I can do to make the seatbelt work again?

The seatbelt mechanism will have to be replaced. It was either damaged from the forces of the accident and/or (if it's so equipped) the pretensioner did its job which would necessitate its replacement as well.
