Should I bleed the fluid first to get the rear caliber off?
I tried everything I could to get the Rotors of but the two big bolts behind the rotors and not moving at all! I purchased some Cross Drilled Rotors that will look great, but I can't get them old Rotors off!
Could it be that I have the parking brake engaged?

I am talking about the big bolts that hold the Calibers in place. In order to take off the old rotors they have to come off completely right?

you mean the bolts that hold the caliper bracket to the knuckle? Hit them with some PB blaster, let them sit, and come back later and try again. When you do get them off, be sure to use anti-seize, or you will have the same problem next time.
