Stock K20A2 12.57 @ 107.7... vids inside
hit the track again yesterday. runs started at 230pm, we left around 10pm and only got 3 passes in all day.
I uploaded the UNTOUCHED original dyno tune on k-pro and ran open SSR header with the velocity stack intake. Didnt make any adjustments, but it's still pig rich for some reason on that tune. Fixed my e-brake cable at the track so i was able to do some pretty decent burnouts, which helped alot.

First pass 6500rpm launch. my foot literally fell off the gas pedal as soon as it launched  missed 4th gear. 13.1 @ 104

2nd pass 6500rpm launch, and this time my foot kept on the gas. 1.77 60ft. 12.64 at 107.4mph

Final pass. Upped the launch to 7000. 1.75 60ft.
My buddy in the neon dialed 13.70 and ran a 13.71 on a .08 light. My 12.57 on a 12.50 with a .1 light just wasnt enough to beat him
margin of victory, .11 seconds, what a fun run
There's 2 versions of this video, but i'll upload the one that's more entertaining to launch. I got into the burnout box, stood on the 2-step, dumped the clutch only to look down and it's in neutral. lets try that again. put it in 2nd, got on the 2-step again, popped the clutch and it came out of gear... by that time everyone is laughin at me, finally got my burnout goin, at which point i probably looked like the biggest rycer on the planet, but it's all good

Little more seat time and i think this car as a 12.30 in it as it sits. I dunno how much longer i can hold off on gettin cams and an RBC intake mani tho

Impressive. So you're saying it's running on a K Pro base map, or is another map? Is the car gutted or is it in street trim? Also, what tranny are you running?
thanks guys
808, the car was dyno tuned about a year ago with a few different little parts. I uploaded that calibration when I made these passes. It runs pretty good, but it is a bit rich still.
I have a street tune that i've used based off of the original dyno tune, where i have cleaned the air/fuels up a bit, but i wasnt running that at the track since the header was open and velocity stack was out the headlight.
the car is about 15 seconds away from full street trim. I yank the passenger seat out before i hit the track (floor jack fits nicely there
). Also, daily, the car has no rear seat, it got left out in the rain before i got the car... at the end of the day, that back seat is probably 15 pounds anyways. Otherwise the car is completely normal... Full dash, Stereo, speakers, all interior panels, carpet...etc etc
Tranny is bone stock A2 6-spd trans. motor and tranny are out of an '04. Stock clutch as well
