My 98 accord is making a very loud noise from the rear end. It sounds like a airplane.
It is not the exhaust i checked it sound is only there when car is moving. The fast i go the louder it gets

How are you sure it's not the exhaust, what happens if you rev the car in park?

tire might be rubbing, look for signs of polish in the wheel well or on the tire.
brakes might have lost a part inside the drum.
you might be dragging something you picked up on the road.
bad wheel bearing about to toss the wheel off at 60mph!

Jack up that wheel and spin it by hand.

I would check the wheel bearings... just raise the back of the car so the wheels are off the ground, then spin each wheel while holding on the the "spindle/upper control arm" and see the you can feel a vibration
