best rim/tire size for ls-vtec eg??
14x5.5 rims with 185/60-14 tires
15x6 rims with 195/50-15 tires
16x7 rims with 195/45-16 or 205/40-16 tires
Given the boost, I'd get some really sticky tires (assuming you're not doing a lot of daily driving so treadwear isn't a big factor) - such as Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R in 195/50-15 or Falken Azenis RT-615 in 205/40-16.
