Default ~~~Need some helpful comments on my next build~~~

I always messed around with turbo and never all motor. I wanna go all motor and make it a decent build. I have a 99' Gsr block in the shop right now and it needs to be rebuilt. I dont understand the clearance stuff and I dont wanna over to anything because again I always had boosted cars so this is why I'm posing. If anyone can help me on my All motor build.

I have a 99' Gsr block
I'm aware I have to get all the bearings, rear/front seals, all the stuff thats needed to be rebuilt/replaced.
~Motor~
-Pistons? C/r ?...I'm thinking Itr's...But yea I'm stumped.
-Rods? Stock/Aftermarket? Length?
-Crank? Maybe putting in a Ls for a different stroke..(Maybe I heard wrong lol)
-Head?? Gsr?? Keep the C/r up alittle..?
-Head gasket?
-Cams, I have Ctr's But maybe they arent good enough..
-Exhaust?
-Itm/Tb? I have a 74mm Erick's racing Tb. Maybe too big?
-Fuel? Im thinking some Rc 440's that way they can tune them down if needed..

I know this is really hard for anyone to tell me what to do, But I don't know where to start. I don't wanna make the best #'s or anything like that. I just wanna make a good reliable build that I can have fun with on the weekends. I'm thinking under a 200whp motor. Again, If anyone can help me get closer to a mind ease on my build I would Greatly appreciate it.
Ohh and this is going into a 91' Crx Si

if i was u i would build what they call a "poor mans type r", basically a gsr block, gsr crank, gsr rods, and itr pistons. Try to stick with honda OEM because u can adjust the oil clearence to the specs u want without modifying ur crank or journal housings, stock rods are perfect for these kind of set-ups altho a set of ARP rod bolts is a very good investment, ditch the 74mm TB for a 65-68mm tb, GSR head or B16 is fine, CTR cams are good, considering if it's a daily driven car, or u can upgrade to a stage 2 cam which will require upgrade valve springs and retainers.

-good luck-
