Default backyard turbo pipng....can this be done?!?!?!?!

I'm still in the planning process of my backyard turbo kit and i have a few questions. First of all....i know that this may be a dumb question but can you make your turbo piping out of pvc piping? I know it would probably be a good idea if it can resist the heat because of how smooth it is. Well here is my plan so far...i want to get a small turbo from a DSM or a saab. Get a custom manifold made from an hf CRX. Use a small i/c....maybe from a ist gen eclipse. Use pvc piping if possible and buy a cheap bov from ebay. This will hopefully be the cheapest turbo EVER!!!!! Im not doing it to be different and have a fast a$$ d15....im just doing it to hone my turbo kit skills. Any suggestions? I was thinking about putting a 99-00 Si fpr on it to compensate for the lack of fuel....can this be done with dpfi??? What can i do in the way of injectors? I was also thinking about 2 Si injectors. I need some feedback here b/c i dont know too much about dpfi....even thought thats what i have. Oh yea...i can only get 2 inch pvc...is that too small? Its either that or 3 inch and i thought that the 3 inch might be a little too big. HELP ME OH GODS OF ALL THINGS FI!!!

You can hack up a bunch of intake pipes or get some from JCwhitney. I wouldn't recommend using PCV pipes, because those intake temps are like 200 degrees and PCV when it burns it produces a toxic chemical ...

I don't think that will do anything for you. If you use stock injectors you need an fmu, otherwise you can use DSM injectors and a resistor box (search). Get some mandrel bends from JCwhitney. 3 big U's will probably do you.

Yah, JC Whitney pipes seem the most affordable but not too ghetto way to go. These are the pipes I'm buying. I'm buying 5 pipes (2 of each size U, and one 90 degree... i heard the 90 was needed for some reason) $97 shipped to my door.

-81ZX3035N 2.5" OD U-bend
-81ZX3012U 2" OD U-bend
-81ZX2949Y - 90 degree bend

I used 3 90 degree bends to go from turbo to ic, then 1 180 deg and 2 45 deg bends plus some extra straight pipe to go from the ic to tb..

you should probably stick with 2/2.25" piping, the 2.5" isn't going to do anything for you.

yes, 2.5" is going to kill your air intake velocity....and it'll kill your boost...

the smaller the intake diameter, the better and faster the air flow...

don't worry about volume, the turbo is pumping more than any NA can do.... worry about velocity...
