identifying engine year

I have a b18a1 and the guy i got it from says its from a 92 rs, 91-91 have 130 hp and 92-93 have 140 hp. is there any way to tell the exact year of the motor??

It's stamped on the head. Look dead center on it then move your eyes slightly to the left, onto a circle with 2 numbers in it. Like this:
