bleeding coolant system..

Default bleeding coolant system..

i have bubbles in my coolant and tried to bleed it today. i don't exactly know how many times and for how long i should open the valve though. any advice? it would be gratefully appreciated!

usually the answer you'll here most is search...

but its the same principle as the brakes, just get the car up to normal operating temp.

what i was told to do was turn the car on open the radiator and then crack the nut and l tthe bubbles come out and you keep it open until you have a steady stream coming out...you do keep topping up with coolant until you get the steady stream
