Scraping so much i feel like a lowrider...
I picked up my prelude about 3 weeks ago, and all the suspension seems to be in tact. My question is, I keep bottoming out all over the freakin place. Granted i drive a little more spirited than i did with my old piece of crap...but i'm talking about very very slight dips that i'im dragging on (usually while cornering too). Is this a common occurence from driving a lower vehicle?
Of course a lowered car is easier to hit stuff with, look at the bottom of your car and see what's bottoming out. Most likely it's the front cross member and the exhaust header. Make a mental note of how high that is from the ground and avoid everything that is that big or bigger...speed bumps, potholes, whatever.
